This residence is situated in the peaceful, verdant setting of the Home golf course 3 km from the town centre of Cabourg, a well-known seaside resort on the Normandy Coast.
Residence Green Panorama was built in the traditional Normanesque style. It is situated 300 metres from the beach and offers comfortable and functional accommodation.
The apartments, distributed among two 2-storey buildings, are fully-equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate).

A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and the bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets.
End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.
Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
